We at (NYEINSJ) apologize and regret being unable to bring you the “Midnight Kiss Masquerade”, New Years Eve celebration at the Corinthian Grand Ballroom on December 31, 2009, as we originally sponsored.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you, but due to unforeseen circumstances, we are unable to maintain the “Midnight Kiss Masquerade” at the venue. Unfortunately, we regret to inform you that this event is cancelled because the Corinthian Event Center provided incorrect information and does not hold an Entertainment License. Without an Entertainment License, they cannot be responsible for administering the provisions of the Code and Rules in the areas of licensing, enforcement, and purchasing. Even so, we do not find that the Corinthian providing incorrect and incomplete information as acceptable.
We are happy to recommend and invite you to an alternative New Years Eve venue with FAZ Restaurant & Bar near the Sheraton Hotel in Sunnyvale, CA on December 31, 2009 at your honored price with us. In addition, if you have reserved a room at the Wyndham Hotel, please cancel your reservations within 24 hours of the reservation date and instead you can book a room at the Sheraton Hotel. Otherwise, we are more than happy to offer you a full refund and will offer your party the appropriate monetary reimbursement for whatever loss you incurred honored until the 1st of January 2010.
We again apologize for not exceeding your expectations. You are important to us, and we appreciate your business.
